AZ CIT WORKS Policies

Appointments: We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Credit card or voucher number is required to ensure a reservation.

Rescheduling/Cancellations: We require 24 hours advance notice for rescheduling or cancellation of services. We reserve the right to charge for 50% of schedule service. Deal site vouchers may be forfeited or you may choose to use voucher value toward retail value of the deal. Please understand that technicians work on commission and tips and appointments can not get filled last minute.

Late Arrival: Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer full treatment, and you may not receive an extension of scheduled treatments. Out of respect to the next client, services will end at scheduled time.

Cell Phones: Out of courtesy to all, we ask that cell phones be shut off or turned to vibrate.

Children: Children can not be left alone in the reception are and we do not feel this is an appropriate treatment for children to watch in the treatment room so we do request that children not be brought to appointment. We can work with you to schedule you at a time convenient for you to obtain care.

Return Policy: Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are not refundable and are valid for one year.  The face value of the Certificate can be applied to treatment after 1 year.

Gratuity: Rates do not include gratuity, 15% – 20% is both appropriate and appreciated. A cash gratuity is especially appreciated.
